30 year old male came to us today with history of alleged foreign body a tea spoon. Ingestion. X Ray showed the Foreign body stuck in the Esophagus and upper Esophageal Sphincter. We did Endoscopy at SAS Grewal Multispeciality Hospital Gurdev Nagar and successfully Removed it . Patient was discharged in a normal condition
